I am writing this message with tears and sorrow from my heart as i have given so much thought to this, and i see you as someone trustworthy who will understand my current condition and come to my rescue, that is why i decided to send you this message. I have passed through pains and sorrowful moments since the death of my Father

After the death of my Father all our Foreign account and local account were being blocked and we are not allowed to make transfer or receive money transfer from other countries due to the ban imposed on my family But before the Libyan War, I have a private account in a bank in Kenya in which i deposited the sum of 24 million, two hundred thousand united state dollars.

The account is been monitored on my behalf by the Bank Regional Director till date so it won't be traced and frozen like others because i am depending on starting a new life and creating a better future for my children with the funds after my release from here.

About a week ago i received an email from the Bank Regional Director that the Libyan Government are investigating and threatening to confiscate my funds in the account if i don't transfer it to another country The bank are willing to assist me if i can provide a trusted friend or partner that can stand on my behalf and claim the funds as my foreign beneficiary

My Dear please, I need a trustworthy person that will stand as my foreign beneficiary to claim the funds and also keep it safe till i get the ban on my family name lifted You as the only person i can trust with my vital details.. Can i trust you enough to assist me on this transaction?
